Seeing an opportunity Capones Restaurant opened to feed patrons & employees that frequented the loading docks and red bricks. Capones began as a pizza, pasta, and jazz locale. It has expanded to become the premier dining & live jazz destination in Vancouver. Capones boasts a line up consisting of the best local live jazz & blues musicians on the west coast, performing 7 nights a week.
