Tracy Moar Collective
After spending years composing, performing and recording original music, Andrew Davies and Tracy Moar thought it would be fun to collaborate on some of their favourite cover tunes. With Andrew’s experienced skill in funky jazz and Tracy’s history of rock/pop and black gospel they created a blended musical narrative. Guitarist Steve Kulusik added his own personal flavor of blues guitar and together they spent several years performing as Tracy Moar Trio. Eventually they introduced drums to the mix and Tracy Moar Collective was born with soulful vocals, funky upright bass, bluesy guitar and percussive drumming.
From Stevie Wonder to Sound Garden, Black Crows to the Beatles, Tracy Moar Collective pursues their vision of the new jazz standards.
