Victor Wells
Victor Wells jams to his own beat, producing all kinds of jazz, blues and worldbeat sounds which electrify the audience and keep his music fresh and lively. Victor plays both original compositions and classic, beloved tunes revamped to become new favourites.
Victor Wells was born and raised in the Chicago area, where his earliest musical influences were Chicago blues, jazz, The Beatles and 60’s rock & roll. At age fifteen, he began to perform around Chicago in various rock and blues bands. Since that time, his playing experience has ranged vastly from television and theatre productions in Toronto, Chicago, and Vancouver to singing in London and Paris, as well as club and outdoor festivals across North America.
As a solo artist, Victor performs a wide variety of styles: blues, R&B, contemporary rock, reggae, country and ragtime. Victor now divides up his time between solo club work and original music projects. The internationally acclaimed musician is becoming an increasingly in demand studio vocalist and guitar sideman.
